Your responsibilities as a Talent Manager

As the Talent Manager of Nedschroef, you will be responsible for talent development and talent acquisition. Focused on recruitment, onboarding, performance management, learning and (leadership) development, you will build a working culture that encourages and promotes internal mobility. Important focus areas are the implementation project of a new global HR information system and a performance management strategy.

Part of the role as the Talent Manager is to provide and offer coaching and advice on talent processes to the managers (at the headquarters in Helmond) to ensure that employees’ align with the organization’s goals through a structured process of learning. Creating and implementing innovative talent development and employer branding strategy, the Talent Manager also gathers and analyzes the company’s training needs are in line with the global and local programs.
The Talent Manager takes the lead in standardizing and guiding the performance management, global talent reviews and succession planning, supporting HR and people managers. Further the Talent Manager shall leverage HR technology, tools, and talent metrics to identify and manage continuous improvement opportunities.

The Global HR team of Nedschroef consists of fourteen dedicated HR Managers with their own regional scope and local HR teams, a Training & Development Coordinator, and a HR Generalist. The Nedschroef Academy is part of HR, which provides leadership and technical trainings. The Talent Manager is responsible for the Training and Development Coordinator and will report to the Global HR Director.

Your profile

You are a Talent Manager with evident leadership capabilities in supporting the HR team addressing short and long-term operational strategies. You play an integral role in collaborating with your peers within Nedschroef and the holding company. You keep a pulse on recruitment requirements and develop talent acquisition strategies. You take ownership of these initiatives and go about with a hands-on, pro-active and solution-oriented mindset.
In addition:

  • You possess a Master’s degree in HR, psychology or equivalent by experience
  • You have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in talent development or talent acquisition, preferably in a hands-on technical organization
  • You have experience with HR processes such as performance management, learning and development, succession planning, onboarding, recruitment
  • You have worked with managing HR tools and external suppliers
  • You have experience or an affinity towards HR data analytics with which you translateand
    develop intoaction plans
  • You possess strong communication skills in both English and Dutch
